Huge overstuffed chairs and couches, an easily accessible bathroom for the kiddos, family friendly movies and the most reasonable movie ticket prices. From the cozy atmosphere to the bottomless popcorn, this place is a wonderful night out, right here in West Jefferson. The owners are thoughtful and attentive. The sound and screen are top-notch. Literally I can not say enough wonderful things about the experiece I had there today with my kids. A must try right here in Ashe County!"

" We are very lucky to have the Movie Lounge in the area! I rarely attend movies, preferring to watch them at home with Closed Captions turned on so as not to miss the dialogue. BRML has portable Closed Caption devices that solve my problem, though the sound quality is so good, I foundI really didn't have to rely on it. They also have Descriptive Video Service headphones for the visually impaired. BRML is a beautiful small space, with comfy seating. In addition to the typical movie snacks, they serve local wine and hard cider. Can't wait to go back!"
